Role Overview

The Warehouse Clerk supports inbound and outbound operations while serving as a customer‑focused liaison between the warehouse and our customers. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Quality

  • Support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations
  • Accurately receive, ship, and manage inventory using the WMS
  • Research and resolve customer questions from start to finish
  • Compile, verify, and process operational documents and reports
  • Monitor workflow status and assist leadership with operational visibility
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency

Customer Service & Communication

  • Communicate with customers in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate updates regarding orders and order status
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and other channels

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all LOGISTEED‑America safety policies and OSHA regulations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Collaboration & Flexibility

  • Partner closely with warehouse teams, supervisors, and managers
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Be available for rotating holiday, night, and weekend shifts based on business needs

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 6 months of continuous work experience
  • Strong attendance and reliability
  • Ability to read, write, and work accurately with data

Preferred

  • Warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience
  • Data entry and experience working in multiple systems
  • WMS experience (preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Physical & Work Environment

  • Majority of work performed in a warehouse environment
  • Non‑climate‑controlled facility (hot and cold seasonally)
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 35 lbs occasionally)

WORK ENVIRONMENT  

Eighty-five percent of work time may be spent in various warehouse or other locations where the environment is not climate controlled (hot and cold seasonally).
